In recent years the sale of gourmet coffee has soared - people often paying over nine dollars a pound for their favorite gourmet coffee. More than half of all Americans are coffee drinkers: and at a cost of approximately ten cents a cup, it is no wonder that the sale of gourmet coffees has reached a new high.

Coffee, with a value of ten billion dollars annually, is the second largest commodity (next to oil) in the world today. It is without a doubt the world's most popular beverage, with annual sales constantly growing.

Gourmet coffees represent the finest coffees grown in the world. These Arabicas (a-ra-bee-kas) are selected as gourmet beans because of their unique full-bodied flavor and rich aroma. They are handpicked and selected from plantations usually located in high altitudes (3000 - 6000 feet above sea level) and are of top quality.

At Cool Beans Bistro our buyers, with over forty years experience, select only the finest beans. These beans are roasted to perfection in order to bring you the perfect cup of coffee. These Arabicas are roasted only on order to guarantee you the freshest coffee available. The roasted coffee is then packaged in five pound bags to preserve the freshness during shipment to you.

We offer a selection of straights and decaffeinated as well as flavored coffees. We custom roast for you and will often create blends or flavored coffees upon request. During the year (seasonally) we can also supply you with specialty coffees such as Kona and Jamaican Blue Mountain.
